- Wound-care orders (products, frequency) and who must perform them
- Mobility status & equipment available at home (walker, crutches, wheelchair)
- Preferred schedule: hours per day, night support, start date
- Emergency hospital preference; medical aid/insurance info (if applicable)
Safety & escalation
We follow your doctor’s plan. If red flags appear (fever, severe pain, breathing difficulty, wound issues), we escalate to your clinician or emergency services.
Medication policy: Care workers provide reminders; nurses may administer per scope and orders.
